Professional Straight Cutting Services
Straight cutting is a fee-based service available for sew quality hook & loop, pressure sensitive hook & loop, and webbing.
Materials can be straight cut to any length from 1/8" to 144". Our professional cutting process uses specialized equipment to produce consistent lengths and a clean, straight-cut edge. Webbing can also be hot knife cut to seal the edges, helping to prevent fraying.
Please note that straight cutting is performed by converting the entire roll into the requested length. For example, if you request 12" pieces, the full roll will be cut into 12" lengths. Cutting fees are based on the material and quantity being processed.
When ordering more than one width or product, your cut pieces will be packaged and clearly labeled by width and/or product to help keep your order organized.
We also accept custom packaging requests within our capabilities. If you have specific packaging, labeling, bundling, or quantity requirements, please contact us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate it. Additional fees may apply for certain custom packaging requests.
